Brian Eickhoff

Founder, President & Chief Creative Director

Brian has been at the helm of creative operations at Texas Creative for 31 years. He enjoys the experience of growing the business but his true passion is the creative process. Whether it applies to concept development, design or art direction, it’s the creative challenge that keeps his love of the craft alive and kicking. One of his favorite creative challenges is the development of brand identity programs. Capturing the intangible elements of a company’s brand then translating them visually into a logo design and establishing brand standards and launching them with a comprehensive campaign that covers all forms of communications is very gratifying. This is an asset that has kept Brian busy for over 30 years with new projects as a result of client-generated referrals. His leadership and vision define the Texas Creative brand.

Brian’s work has been recognized with scores of regional and local awards. His designs have been widely published and he has work in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress.  Brian has provided design solutions for heritage brands such as Rackspace, Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, AMD, Dell, Titan Holdings, SeaWorld of Texas, USAA Real Estate Company, Weston Centre, Frontier Enterprises, Cirrus Logic and Jefferson Bank.

“In our industry, it’s important to evolve in order to stay relevant. As the Chief Creative Director, I set the creative standard that defines Texas Creative. I am proud of our leadership team that manages our staff of talented conceptual thinkers, designers, marketing and communication strategists, account executives and business operations staff. The combination of their individual talents and a great working chemistry creates an environment that keeps our work enjoyable and clients coming back for more. I encourage them to be independent enough to stand for their work and flexible enough to be collaborative.”

Jamie Allen

Principal & Chief Operating Officer

After a successful career in broadcast radio sales and sports marketing with the San Antonio Spurs, Jamie saw the opportunity to utilize her experience in media and strategic planning to help chart a new course for Texas Creative.  With Brian’s track record of award-winning graphic design, Jamie recognized that expanding Texas Creative’s offerings to include advertising, events and interactive services would be an easy next step in generating new client growth. When she joined Texas Creative in 2002, she immediately set into motion securing new talent, upgrading software systems and establishing new relationships with vendor partners. The result has been the evolution of Texas Creative from a graphic design shop into a full-service advertising, communications, event planning and web development firm with reach throughout all Texas markets and beyond. Brian officially made Jamie the principal partner in early 2016 and she is responsible for all business operations.

Jamie also oversees the media strategy, planning and placement for all Texas Creative clients. She has provided sound brand strategy advice for such national clients as Chase, HD Radio, Cirrus Logic, SeaWorld and Rackspace and locally for Papa John’s, Jefferson Bank, USAA Real Estate Company and various Texas state agencies to include the Department of Motor Vehicles, TCEQ, Department of Agriculture and the University of Texas .  In 2009, Jamie recognized the growth opportunity that government contracting could offer the agency. The result has been securing GSA and TXMAS contracts to work directly for federal and state government agencies providing commercial art and graphic design, advertising, public awareness campaigns and web-based marketing services.

As part of the sports marketing practice at Texas Creative, Jamie recently negotiated the 15-year naming rights deal for the Greater Nevada Field in Reno on behalf of Greater Nevada Credit Union. Her work for Papa John’s was also recognized by the NBA as “Top 5 Activation of the Year” for the Spurs50 promotion. Her focus on client-side representation is giving clients a level playing field and maximizing results.

Brian and Jamie have been married for 30 years.

“Texas Creative's clients expect us to integrate creative disciplines and efficiently produce excellence across many channels and products. When they work with us, they find a capable, imaginative, responsive partner that helps them achieve success.”
