In-App Activations Executive

This position is responsible for activating and managing in-app digital campaigns pre and post launch, as well as on-going monitoring and optimizations to ensure optimal performance. 


  • 2+ years of professional experience in paid digital media advertising
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher - Education focused in advertising, digital media, or communications
  • Preferred but not necessary experience planning and placing in-app campaigns 


  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for details
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects/clients while prioritizing work with evolving and competing timelines, budgets and availabilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment & be a team player
  • Eagerness to learn and proactive approach
  • Enjoys fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Launching, QA'ing, and analyzing in-app campaigns 
  • Daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
  • Facilitating creative trafficking and implement trafficking materials and creative templates
  • Manage digital reporting needs for all clients to include bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and post-campaign analysis (varies by client) 
  • Provide strategic insights, optimizations and recommendations as it relates to the performance of in-app campaigns
  • Prepare presentations and present digital reporting to clients as needed 
  • Researching and suggesting new opportunities to grow client’s success
