Digital Media Specialist

The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for set-up, on-going tracking and reporting on the performance of all paid digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience with social and digital marketing and is looking for an opportunity to grow their knowledge in a fast-paced agency setting.

Background Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in digital marketing, client or agency
  • Understanding and experience executing paid digital media campaigns to include programmatic, SEM, social media, etc.
  • Experience with tracking campaign performance against KPIs and interpreting the data to make campaign optimizations and/or recommendations
  • Bachelor in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Arts Degree preferred Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
  • Excellent analysis, reporting, and presentation skills; Experience with Google Data Studio and
  • Google Analytics is highly preferred
  • Attention to detail especially with spreadsheets and copy editing
  • Experience managing SEM campaigns in AdWords is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Able to collaborate and work well with creative, account, and social teams
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, or Google equivalent, etc.)
  • Proven abilities to manage multiple clients and campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Duties

  • On-going maintenance and monitoring of active paid digital and social campaigns
  • Answering client questions as it regards to digital and social
  • Trafficking digital assets to vendors and overseeing tracking set-up and implementation
  • Working with creative team to ensure all digital assets meet required specs for the various digital platforms
  • Explore new digital opportunities and emerging technologies with new digital vendors
  • Attend internal and client meetings as needed


  • Manage digital reporting needs for all clients to include bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and post-campaign analysis (varies by client)
  • Ensure digital vendors are meeting reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Utilize reporting platforms like Google Data Studio (GDS) for integrated digital reports
  • Provide strategic insights, optimizations and recommendations as it relates to the performance of digital media campaigns
  • Prepare presentations and present digital reporting to clients as needed
