Paid Digital Media Manager

This position is responsible for managing multi-million dollar social and programmatic campaigns pre and post launch, as well as on-going monitoring and optimizations to ensure optimal performance. 


  • 4+ years of professional experience in paid social media advertising
  • Thorough understanding of how to execute campaigns across social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher - Education focused in advertising, digital media, or communications


  • Experience with executing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Smartly.IO
  • Experience with programmatic buying through a DSP 
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for details
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects/clients while prioritizing work with evolving and competing timelines, budgets and availabilities
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Meets)
  • Proven communication & organizational skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment & be a team player
  • Ability to manage other team members 
  • Eagerness to learn and proactive approach
  • Enjoys fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the launching and optimizations of paid social campaigns including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Oversee the launching and optimizations of programmatic buys through direct access to DSP
  • Manage activation specialists in charge of daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
  • Analyze and provide insights on digital reporting needs to include bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and post-campaign analysis (varies by client) 
  • Provide strategic insights, optimizations and recommendations as it relates to the performance of social media and programmatic campaigns 
  • Prepare presentations and present digital reporting to clients as needed 
  • Researching and suggesting new opportunities to grow client’s success
