Paid Search Activations Manager

This position is responsible for managing multi-million dollar search campaigns pre and post launch, as well as on-going monitoring and optimizations to ensure optimal performance. 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of paid search experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing
  • Prior experience executing daily management of campaigns for paid search on a National scale and providing strategic recommendations
  • In-App experience a plus

Skills: 

  • Knowledge of third party bid management systems, preferably Search Ads 360
  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Editor Tools
  • Ability to balance multiple projects/clients while prioritizing work with evolving and competing timelines, budgets and availabilities
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for details
  • Heavy attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship development

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ability and knowledge to manage activation specialists who are responsible for launching, monitoring and optimizing paid search campaigns across partners like Google and Bing
  • Manage paid search accounts to ensure campaigns are pacing according to budget
  • Work actively with internal teams and global agency partner to ensure campaigns are successful based on KPls 
  • Provide strategic insights, optimizations and recommendations as it relates to the performance of paid search campaigns
  • Plan and forecast for new paid search campaigns as client expands Nationwide  
  • Understanding media plan objectives and how paid search will affect overall performance of the campaign to help secure future opportunities 
  • Acting in a client facing manner when needed for specific campaigns/client requests  
  • Manage digital reporting to include bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and post-campaign analysis (varies by client) 
  • Prepare presentations and present digital reporting to clients as needed
