Texas Creative commits to historic Rand Building in downtown San Antonio

After a 37-year stint in the north central area of the city, Texas Creative has announced a move to the Rand Building in downtown San Antonio.

The move establishes the agency in the heart of the Houston Street tech corridor with an open, collaborative work and meeting environment, sweeping views of a vibrant downtown locale, and a tailor-made home within one of San Antonio’s most renowned office and retail buildings.

Texas Creative’s decision to commit to a downtown space exemplifies the agency’s long history building brands within San Antonio, as well as across Texas and beyond. The move also signifies the agency’s commitment to the local workforce by further building on its long-standing focus to nurture an exciting and innovative agency culture.

“Our decision to join the downtown workforce comes after careful consideration of our workflows and growing client base, and even moreso, the desire to provide a destination work environment for our team that both inspires and promotes collaborative ideation for the clients that trust us with their brands,” said Ashley Landers, Texas Creative’s Chief Executive Officer.

The agency anticipates the move will be complete in the first quarter of 2023.

The Rand Building was acquired by local real estate developer Weston Urban in 2013 and underwent a complete interior and exterior modernization. It has become San Antonio’s premier creative office space and is the home to Geekdom, the city’s largest coworking space.
