As the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic spread across all aspects of Bexar County residents’ lives in 2020, Texas Creative teamed up with the county to promote assistance programs available at no cost to Bexar residents, particularly those in unincorporated areas of the county seeking help with job training, employment searches and rent and utilities assistance.
