Frontier Enterprises decided to open a Frontier Burger drive-thru restaurant, an ode to the old Jim’s Frontier drive-ins that were prevalent all across San Antonio in the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. Texas Creative was tasked with taking a heritage brand loved by past generations, and bringing it to life in a way that tapped into its history and nostalgia, while galvanizing a younger demographic as well.
We started with a pre-buzz strategy online to build hype and anticipation prior to the grand opening, followed by designing and developing their logo, a mobile-responsive website, drive-thru menus, in-store digital menus and screens and other various collateral pieces. Once opened, our online efforts helped drive foot traffic to the store, doubling Frontier Burger’s sales goals during the first month of business alone.
The backlit drive-thru menu also included an order confirmation screen that displayed order details and cross-sold desserts and other offerings.
