When Mr. Gatti’s Pizza approached us to help build sales in their Austin market, we knew it would be a considerable challenge. In the crowded world of fast food pizza, price parity is pretty much a given. To get a bigger slice of the market, we evolved a strategy based on a simple truth: They were offering a higher quality product with superior ingredients at a very competitive price. Through a very cost-effective digital campaign targeted to a 3-mile radius of their locations and CRM efforts to reach past customers who hadn't ordered in the past 3 months, we posed a very intriguing question with a very appetizing answer: “Why Getta Gatti’s?”
