Client Focus:San Antonio River Authority
Keeping the San Antonio River safe, clean, and enjoyable.
Texas Creative was selected as the River Authority's agency of record in 2018. The relationship started with event logos and digital marketing, and has grown to include a complete website overhaul, TV/video design and production, and media planning. All of our work has a strategic goal to help educate residents in Bexar, Wilson, Karnes, and Goliad counties on the role the River Authority plays in protecting our shared watershed, from mitigating flood risk to maintaining public parks, and from supporting sustainable development practices to improving air and water quality. We launched the River Authority's Be River Proud campaign in September 2019 and the campaign continues in 2022 with more of a focus on green infrastructure and preventing litter from finding its ways into our creeks and rivers.

Texas Creative redesigned, edited content for, and rebuilt the River Authority’s website over just a six-month span. The new site included a section of “learning modules” that serve as a storybook way to learn about the River Authority’s work to mitigate flood risk; protect and improve the San Antonio River’s health; develop and improve public parks and hike, bike, and kayak trails; monitor ecosystems; protect bays and estuaries, and recruit “Watershed Wise” volunteers to contribute to the River Authority’s ongoing efforts for a safe, clean, and enjoyable river.
