Account Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic account service team at Texas Creative. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of creative project coordination for a high-volume media client, ensuring timely execution and delivery of creative assets. This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Liaise between the client and internal teams to communicate project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
- Review creative assets for adherence to client specifications and brand standards.
- Coordinate the trafficking of all creative assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Manage workflow to ensure that all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the creative process promptly.
- Participate in client meetings to gather inputs and discuss project statuses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment, with exposure to client servicing and project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in both traditional and digital media is highly preferred.
